Direct-Billing
Mint Massage Therapy has all Registered Massage Therapists, meaning you can self-submit a claim to your insurance plan that covers Massage. We are also able to direct-bill if you submit your plan information to us in advance (primary plans only).
Please note
We are able to direct-bill these insurance companies but your plan must allow for direct-billing. Inquire with your insurance company to find out if direct-billing is possible and to know your coverage details.
As a courtesy, Mint Massage Therapy will direct-bill your primary plan only, when possible. We are unable to bill any secondary plans, coordination of benefits, or additional insurance coverage. You will be able to pay the remaining balance at your appointment to self-submit to your secondary plan.
Plans may require you to bring a doctor's note and/or pay a deductible at your appointment.
If direct-billing is not possible, please expect to pay the full amount due at your appointment and we will give you a receipt to allow you to self-submit.
