These massage balls are designed to help relieve the muscle of existing minor aches and pains by applying targeted pressure over the muscle.

Massage balls can be used to self-massage myofascial trigger points all over the body.


100% rubber with no smell.


Tips:


  • Use your hands to roll the ball over your muscles in a circular motion. If you can reach the spot that’s sore, place the ball over the area, then gently roll it back and forth with the palm of your hand.
  • Roll on the ball against a wall, or lay gently on the ball on the floor.
  • Stop when you find a sore muscle and apply gentle pressure for about 30-60 seconds. Press the ball gently into the muscle to work out the tension and soreness.


A sore muscle isn't the same as sharp pain from an injury, this may be a nerve. Don't press on bones or joints.
