About Me
Julie is an RMT currently working with us here in Manitoba. Her treatments are an evidence based, nervous system first approach. Sessisons will be a combination of hands on therapy, education, and movement. She will work with you to identify goals so you get the most out of your treatments, and point you in the direction of self management. Julie believes her patients (even chronic pain patients) already have the tools they need to manage their pain, she’ll just help you get there. Julie also does manual lymphatic drainage (Level 1). You can read more about this on our services page to see if it’s right for you. |

Julie's Reviews
"Julie has a wonderful demeanour: friendly and compassionate, with a good understanding of how much pressure each person’s body requires. She is capable of a soothing relaxation treatment but also well versed in injury rehabilitation, and can offer take home exercises to empower clients to take charge of their own healing."

"Julie is incredibly welcoming and immediately makes you feel at ease. She’s very friendly and truly cares about her clients’ well-being. She really listens to your concerns and asks a lot of great questions to get to the root of your pain/tension. She tailors your treatment plan based on her wide breadth of knowledge of the body and provides simple after-care exercises to help the healing continue after treatment. I highly recommend Julie!"
