Mint Massage Therapy is connected to the Winnipeg Conservatory of Music building. It is the very first right after the Empress St exit when going towards downtown/eastbound. The building is between Blinds are Beautiful and the large apartment building. The main entrance has a large "C" on the door and says "WCM Health & Wellness Offices". The clinic is on the main floor.

Parking is free and unlimited. There are 6 spots directly in front of the building (one is handicap) and additional parking at the back of building in the gravel lot.
